Production times
Item available: estimated shipping 5–10 working days (Italy, excluding islands, remote areas, and limited traffic zones / ZTL).
Item not available: production/shipping times exceeding 10 working days.
Lead times run from the date of payment verification.
Transit times
Italy: 5–7 working days (to be added to production times).
European Union: communicated via email.
Non-EU Countries: generally by sea with CIF or C&F terms to the port of destination. Door-to-door service is not provided.
Any customs clearance operations and transport from the port to the final destination are the responsibility of the customer.
Delivery methods
Transport with traditional carriers.
Delivery at street level (curbside delivery).
Porterage service is not provided.
Hydraulic tailgate (liftgate) available upon request.
Streets with access of less than 5 meters may not be serviced.
In the event of the recipient’s absence, redelivery will incur an additional fee.
Transport and damages
Upon delivery, it is necessary to write on the waybill:
“Goods accepted subject to inspection”
In the absence of this statement, any claims for damage may not be accepted by the carrier.
Visible damage
Note a specific reservation for breakage.
Photograph the goods before removing them from the pallet.
Hidden damage
Document with photographs.
Report within 7 days of delivery.
Once signed without reservation, it will not be possible to dispute visible damages.

Italy
Minimum order: €250 + VAT
Free shipping on orders over €3,000 + VAT (excluding islands, remote areas, and limited traffic zones / ZTL)
Shipping cost for mainland Italy, calculated in the cart by weight:
Northern Italy: from €60 (up to 150 kg) to €200 (up to 2,000 kg)
Central & Southern Italy: from €80 to €270 (up to 2,000 kg)
Over 2,000 kg, islands and abroad: shipping on quote
For islands, remote areas, limited traffic zones (ZTL), and orders below €250 + VAT, shipping will be quoted separately.
