Italpark products are handcrafted. Each item is the result of manual workmanship and may require production time.
If not available in stock, made‑to‑order production constitutes an essential condition of the contract.

Quality and warranty
We guarantee the construction quality of our products.
In the presence of defects attributable to production, we will provide a replacement upon prior written authorization and return of the product delivered duty paid to our warehouse.
Any compensation for indirect or additional damages is excluded.
Use of the products
The products are intended exclusively for decorative use.
They must not be used as structural or construction elements.
We decline all liability for improper use or incorrect placement.
Measurements and weights are indicative. We reserve the right to make improvements without notice.
Order cancellation
Italpark reserves the right to cancel an order.
Any amounts already paid will be refunded by bank transfer.
