The Bonifacio II balustrade is a demonstration composition of the Italpark modular system: a complete, pre-assembled example that shows how the standard components combine to create an elegant decorative marble balustrade for terraces, balconies, staircases, and garden enclosures.
Each element is crafted in cementitious aggregate made from Carrara marble powder and granules, bound with white cement RCK 52.5, and hand-finished in Italpark’s workshop in Borgo San Giacomo, Brescia — a tradition of artisan production uninterrupted since 1968.
The composition is built from the ground up starting with the Large Base, which provides a stable, level footing for each vertical element. Rising from it, the Bonifacio Column forms the repeating decorative unit that gives the balustrade its rhythm and character. The horizontal Corrimano Grande runs along the top, connecting the columns and completing the profile with a clean, classical line.
At each end of the run, a Pilastrino Grande closes the composition with a stronger vertical accent, marking the boundary of the balustrade with architectural authority. Where a lamp fitting or planting element is desired, the Large Integrated Planter can replace a standard terminal pillar, adding a functional decorative detail without interrupting the visual continuity of the design.
What makes this a composable balustrade system is its inherent flexibility: the same standard components are simply combined in greater or lesser numbers to match the exact length required by any project. No custom moulds, no special orders — just a Made in Italy modular balustrade that adapts naturally to your space.
