LARGE BASE

The Art. 1214 – Base Grande is the horizontal bottom rail designed for large decorative balustrade compositions, intended for terraces, staircases, balconies, and garden enclosures of villas and private residences.

Crafted from agglomerated cement composed of Carrara marble granules and white cement RCK 52.5, each piece is hand-finished by skilled artisans at Italpark’s workshop in Borgo San Giacomo, Brescia — where artigianale production has been carried out without interruption since 1968.

The Base Grande serves as the lower horizontal element of balustrade systems featuring large balusters (column height 78 cm), providing a solid and refined visual foundation for the entire decorative composition. It pairs seamlessly with the matching top rail and balusters of the same series, creating a cohesive and elegant architectural ensemble.

Available in two versions to suit different installation requirements:

• Version A — straight profile, length 125 cm (49.2”)
• Version B — with overhang projection, length 134 cm (52.8”)
