The Art. 133 – Vasetto mod. Quadro is a compact decorative vase with a clean square profile, designed to bring a refined geometric accent to any outdoor setting. Its contained proportions — 15 cm in height and approximately 7 kg — make it a versatile element, equally suited to punctuating a terrace balustrade, dressing a garden path, or composing a symmetrical arrangement on villa steps.
The vase is crafted from agglomerato cementizio composto da graniglia di marmo di Carrara e cemento bianco RCK 52,5, the certified material that has defined Italpark’s production since 1968. The natural marble aggregate gives the surface a warm, luminous texture, while the structural density of the mix ensures outstanding resistance to weathering, UV exposure, and temperature fluctuations — making this piece a reliable outdoor companion throughout all four seasons.
Each piece is hand-finished by skilled artisans at the Italpark workshop in Borgo San Giacomo, Brescia, preserving the subtle surface character that distinguishes handcrafted production from industrial casting. The square form references a timeless classical vocabulary while remaining perfectly at home in contemporary garden design.
The Vasetto mod. Quadro works beautifully as a standalone decorative object — displayed empty to highlight its sculptural geometry — or as a small planter for seasonal flowers, aromatic herbs, or compact ornamental plants. To preserve the integrity of this vase over time, always ensure the drainage hole remains unobstructed: place a 4–5 cm layer of gravel or pebbles at the bottom before adding soil. Raise the vase 3–4 cm off the ground using feet or spacers to prevent the external drainage hole from being blocked by the surface beneath. In regions with harsh winters, take particular care: if water accumulates and freezes inside the vase, the resulting expansion can cause cracking. Keeping drainage free is the single most effective measure against frost damage.
