The Riccione Fountain (ART. 2302) embodies the finest Italian artisan tradition in Carrara marble granules and white cement, hand-finished to achieve a surface of exceptional refinement. Standing approximately 80 cm tall, with a circular border roughly 234 cm in diameter and a border height of about 38 cm, this monumental garden fountain weighs approximately 625 kg — a testament to the solidity and permanence that have defined Italpark’s craftsmanship in marble granule work since 1968. Every detail, from the sculpted profile to the smooth circular border, is refined by hand in our Italian workshop, ensuring each piece carries its own subtle character.
As part of Italpark’s range of functioning garden fountains produced since 1995, the Riccione is designed to perform as beautifully as it looks. The Water Kit Type 2 (ART. 2302 Ki2) provides a complete hydraulic solution, including pump and full plumbing for one central jet UG07, two basin jets UG11, and an overflow fitting TP02 — everything needed to bring the fountain to life with a balanced, elegant water display.
To enhance the Riccione after dark, two dedicated lighting options are available. The Lighting Kit Type 1 (ART. 2302 KL1) includes three warm-white LED spotlights FL03, a transformer, and a connection box for a classic, understated illumination. For a more dynamic atmosphere, the Lighting Kit Type 2 (ART. 2302 KL2) features three multicolor LED spotlights FLM03, transformer, connection box, and the RC02 remote control, allowing full color customization at the touch of a button. Water management is further simplified by the Automatic Refill Kit (ART. 2302 KRA), which combines a water level sensor, solenoid valve, and complete plumbing to maintain the correct water level automatically, reducing maintenance and protecting the pump.
For installations requiring a contained water basin, the optional fiberglass basin (ART. VV10) — approximately 30 cm tall, 200 cm in diameter, and weighing around 45 kg — is available as a separate accessory, designed to integrate seamlessly beneath the fountain structure. The fountain operates with a closed-circuit pump: no water connection required. Regularly top up the water level and never run the pump dry. Regularly add descaler and anti-algae product (art. CH02) to protect the pump. Limescale on the rotor will void the warranty. Clean with water and a sponge, maximum once a year.
Below 3°C, completely drain all water from the circular border, pipes and pump. Cover the fountain with waterproof material. For areas with particularly harsh winters, apply an additional waterproofing treatment (art. SI05).
