The Nardis Fountain (ART. 2422) is a monumental garden fountain in Carrara marble grit and white cement, hand-finished in Borgo San Giacomo, Brescia. With an external diameter of 482 cm, a height of 215 cm and a weight of 3,500 kg, its articulated sculptural composition makes it ideal for historic parks, large villas and prestigious spaces.
The stacked bowls create the fountain’s signature waterfall effect, with water gently overflowing from one tier to the next.
The circular border, 350 cm internal diameter and 54 cm high, hosts a rich and scenographic water system. A fibreglass basin is available as an optional accessory.
The water system is available in two configurations. Water Kit type 1 (ART. 2422 Ki1) includes pump, hydraulics and overflow. Water Kit type 2 (ART. 2422 Ki2) adds a multi-nozzle crown for greater scenic impact.
Lighting Kit type 1 (ART. 2422 KL1) with LED FL03. Lighting Kit type 2 (ART. 2422 KL2) with multicolor FLM03 and RC02 remote.
Closed circuit. The automatic refill kit (ART. 2422 KRA) is available. Available in 11 finishes. Made in Italy.
The fountain operates on a closed circuit and requires no water mains connection. Top up the water regularly to keep the pump submerged — the pump must never run dry.
Regularly add an anti-scale and anti-algae product (e.g. art. CH02). Limescale on the pump rotor will void the warranty.
Clean periodically with water and a sponge, no more than once a year. Finishes 7 and 10 (painted) require annual touch-ups with the paint supplied, applied by brush.
Periodically treat surfaces with a transparent water-repellent. Do not use detergents or degreasers on visible surfaces.
When temperatures drop below 3°C, completely drain all parts: crown with nozzles, pipes, border and pump.
Cover with waterproof material to protect it during cold weather.
For harsh winter areas, an additional waterproofing treatment is recommended (art. SI05).
