Bacchus — known in Greek mythology as Dionysus — is one of the most celebrated figures of classical antiquity, god of wine, fertility, and the liberating power of nature. His image has inspired some of the greatest works in Western art history, from the youthful Bacchus by Michelangelo (c. 1496–1497, now at the Bargello Museum in Florence) to the sensual interpretation by Caravaggio (c. 1598, Uffizi Gallery, Florence). This monumental reproduction is crafted by Italpark Srl in Borgo San Giacomo, Brescia, using an agglomerato cementizio composto da graniglia di marmo di Carrara e cemento bianco RCK 52,5. Each piece is individually finished by hand by skilled artisans, following a production tradition established in 1968. Standing approximately 192 cm tall on a 50 × 50 cm base and weighing around 405 kg, this is a truly imposing sculptural presence, designed to command attention in any outdoor setting.
