RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL : The law (DL 22/05/99. n. 185) guarantees the right to withdraw, for any reason, from the purchase contract. This legislation enshrines the right of withdrawal, that is, the possibility for the consumer to return the purchased product and obtain a refund of the expense incurred. This right is reserved exclusively for natural persons, that is, consumers, so it cannot be exercised by legal persons and natural persons acting for purposes related to their professional activity, if any.
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, it is necessary to send, within 14 working days of receipt of the goods, a communication in which the will to withdraw from the contract and therefore from the purchase is expressed. In accordance with the law and our request, the cost of shipping and returning the item is borne by the buyer. The right of withdrawal lapses if the product to be returned is not intact and is damaged for reasons other than transportation.
Procedure for exercising the right of withdrawal (Art.5 paragraph 4-6 of Legislative Decree No.185 of 22/05/99):
Returned goods must be sent by the buyer to the following address:

The return of the goods must be made within 14 working days after receipt of the goods (the date of delivery is certified by the courier). A registered letter with return receipt must also be sent, stating the buyer’s wish to exercise the right of withdrawal specifying:
– the title number or code of the article
– the description and cost of the purchased item
– the e-mail address on which you prefer to receive authorization to return the material
– your personal information and bank or card details on which you wish to receive the refund
Anticipate communication by e-mail to info@italpark.com.
Wait for authorization to return the item and then arrange for the return using a courier of your choice.
Ship the item in the original packaging and complete with everything originally contained.
Insure the shipment against theft and transportation damage and bear the costs thereof.
Indicate the sender’s information on the package and ship the product within the second business day after receiving the return authorization to the following address:

Upon arrival of the package in the warehouse, we will proceed (within 10 working days after our receipt of the return and in any case not before the receipt of the goods) by bank transfer, to reimburse you for the cost of the goods shipped excluding shipping costs which, even where expressly stated free of charge, will be calculated equal to 20% of the value of the goods.
