The Monterosso Fountain is a monumental hand-finished garden fountain entirely crafted in Carrara marble graniglia and white cement, the result of an artisanal tradition in marble graniglia processing dating back to 1968. Rising to an indicative height of 105 cm and featuring a generous circular border approximately 265 cm in diameter and 40 cm tall, with an indicative weight of around 980 kg, this fountain commands attention as a true architectural focal point in gardens, courtyards, and public spaces. Every surface is carefully hand-finished by skilled craftsmen, ensuring that no two pieces are ever identical.
As part of the range of functional fountains produced since 1995, the Monterosso is designed to operate with a complete hydraulic system. The Water Kit Type 1 (ART. 2330 Ki1) equips the fountain with a pump, full hydraulic setup, one UG07 water jet, and an overflow outlet TP02 — ideal for a classic, elegant water display. For a more dynamic effect, the Water Kit Type 2 (ART. 2330 Ki2) adds two additional UG08 jets rising directly from the basin alongside the central UG07 jet, creating a lively multi-jet composition, complete with overflow TP02.
To enhance the fountain’s visual impact after dark, two lighting options are available. The Lighting Kit Type 1 (ART. 2330 KL1) includes three FL03 LED spotlights, a transformer, and a connection box for a refined white-light illumination. For a more spectacular atmosphere, the Lighting Kit Type 2 (ART. 2330 KL2) features three FLM03 multicolor LED spotlights, transformer, connection box, and RC02 remote control, allowing full color customization at the touch of a button. Water level management is simplified by the Automatic Refill Kit (ART. 2330 KRA), which combines a water level sensor, solenoid valve, and dedicated hydraulics to keep the basin at the correct level automatically.
An optional fiberglass basin — available as ART. VV1 or ART. VV2, with indicative dimensions of approximately 29 cm in height and 220 cm in diameter and a weight of around 50 kg — can be installed beneath the fountain as a separate accessory to contain and recirculate water efficiently. The Monterosso Fountain is fully Made in Italy and represents the pinnacle of Italpark’s outdoor craftsmanship.
The fountain operates with a closed-circuit pump: no water connection required. Regularly top up the water level and never run the pump dry. Regularly add descaler and anti-algae product (art. CH02) to protect the pump. Limescale on the rotor will void the warranty. Clean with water and a sponge, maximum once a year.
Below 3°C, completely drain all water from the circular border, pipes and pump. Cover the fountain with waterproof material. For areas with particularly harsh winters, apply an additional waterproofing treatment (art. SI05).
