Capitello mod. Martinengo

The Martinengo Capital (ART. 818/E) is the crowning element of the Martinengo Pillar system (ART. 818), designed exclusively to complete the column assembly. It sits at the top of the pillar shaft and provides the architectural transition between the column body and the decorative sphere. Without this capital, the Martinengo system remains incomplete: it is the element that defines the pillar’s final silhouette and gives the composition its distinctive stepped, rounded-edge profile. It is fully compatible with shaft modules ART. 811/B and ART. 811/C, and is designed to receive the ART. 818/F sphere as the finishing accent.

Handcrafted in Italpark’s Borgo San Giacomo workshop from agglomerato cementizio composed of Carrara marble aggregate and white cement RCK 52.5, the capital is rifinito a mano to ensure precise geometry and a consistent surface texture across all units. Available in 11 decorative finishes, it can be matched to any architectural context — from classic garden settings to contemporary outdoor spaces. All finishes are applied by hand following the same artisanal process in use since 1968, guaranteeing uniformity within the Martinengo family range.

For long-lasting appearance, periodic cleaning with water and a neutral detergent is recommended. Avoid aggressive chemical products or abrasive tools. As with all Italpark elements, this capital is intended exclusively for decorative use and is not suitable for structural or load-bearing applications. A Made in Italy product since 1968.
