The Hammered Capital G. (ART. 815/E) is the crowning element of the Hammered Pillar G. (ART. 815) system, a modular architectural ensemble handcrafted by Italpark Srl in Borgo San Giacomo, Brescia, with artisanal production dating back to 1968. This capital is not a standalone product: it is designed to complete the pillar system and must be combined with the compatible shaft and base components to form a coherent decorative composition. Its generous surface — 53.5×53.5 cm (21⅛×21⅛ in) — provides a solid and visually balanced crown, while its hammered finish lends the characteristic texture that defines the entire Martellinato G. family.

Within the modular system, the ART. 815/E pairs with the ART. 815 pillar body, the ART. 814/B base element, and the ART. 815/C intermediate shaft section to build a complete decorative pillar. The capital also optionally accommodates the ART. 814/F sphere, allowing for an additional ornamental accent at the top of the composition. All elements are manufactured from certified cementitious aggregate composed of Carrara marble granules and white cement RCK 52.5, hand-finished to ensure surface consistency across the full system. The ART. 815/E is available in 11 finishes, matching the full colour range offered across the Martellinato G. family.

For long-term decorative performance, periodic cleaning with water and a neutral detergent is recommended. Avoid aggressive chemical products or abrasive tools that may alter the hammered surface texture. As with all Italpark elements, the ART. 815/E is intended exclusively for decorative use and is not suitable for structural or load-bearing applications. 100% Made in Italy since 1968.
