The Pilastro Moro (ART. 816) is a monumental decorative pillar designed to enhance residential entrances, driveway gates, and property boundaries with a refined architectural presence. Its imposing height of 233 cm (91.7 in) and a 30×30 cm (11.8×11.8 in) body section give it a strong, balanced silhouette that integrates naturally into both classic and contemporary outdoor settings.

Crafted from agglomerated cement composed of Carrara marble granules and white cement RCK 52.5, each element is hand-finished to achieve the characteristic hammered surface texture with precise geometric framing. The result is a product of consistent quality and lasting aesthetic value, entirely Made in Italy through artisanal production since 1968.

The pillar is assembled by stacking three dedicated components. The base is provided by ART. 811/B — height 36 cm (14.2 in), footprint 39×39 cm (15.4×15.4 in), weight 87 kg (191.8 lbs). The shaft is built up using one or more ART. 816/C Moro elements — each 44 cm (17.3 in) tall, 30×30 cm (11.8×11.8 in) section, weight 45 kg (99.2 lbs) per unit. The assembly is completed by the ART. 816/E capital — height 21 cm (8.3 in), weight 30 kg (66.1 lbs). The total assembled weight of the standard configuration reaches 297 kg (654.9 lbs). This pillar pairs with ART. 814/F for coordinated entrance compositions.

Being an outdoor decorative element, the Pilastro Moro benefits from periodic treatment with specific products for cementitious agglomerates, in order to preserve its surface finish and protect it from weathering over time. Installation must be carried out by qualified professionals in compliance with applicable local regulations.
