The Martinengo Pillar (Art. 818) is a complete modular decorative pillar system crafted from agglomerated cement composed of Carrara marble granules and white cement RCK 52.5. Reaching a total height of 265 cm (104.3 in) — sphere excluded — and a total weight of 651 kg (1,435 lbs), this pillar makes a commanding architectural statement at entrances, gates, villas, and prestigious residential properties. Each element is hand-finished by skilled artisans at Italpark Srl in Borgo San Giacomo, Brescia, continuing a tradition of artigianale production since 1968.
The system is built by stacking four distinct components. The foundation is the Art. 811/B Base (h 36 cm / 14.2 in, 39×39 cm / 15.4×15.4 in, 87 kg / 192 lbs), providing a solid, smooth-faced platform. Above it, multiple Art. 811/C Martinengo Bush-Hammered Elements (h 24 cm / 9.4 in, 37×37 cm / 14.6×14.6 in, 50 kg / 110 lbs each) create a striking textural contrast with their hand-finished bush-hammered surface set against the smooth base below. The composition is crowned by the Art. 818/E Martinengo Capital (h 46 cm / 18.1 in, 49×49 cm / 19.3×19.3 in, 86 kg / 190 lbs), a generously profiled capital that delivers a strong architectural effect. As a finishing touch, the Art. 818/F Sphere (Ø 16 cm / 6.3 in, 6 kg / 13.2 lbs) completes the silhouette with refined elegance. All components share an internal bore of Ø 18–20 cm (7.1–7.9 in).
