The Pillar Capital G. (ART. 814/E) is the crowning element of the Smooth Pillar G. system, designed to complete the modular pillar assembly built around the main shaft ART. 814. It is not a standalone product: its role is to provide a refined architectural finish to the top of the column, integrating seamlessly with the base element ART. 814/B, the shaft extension ART. 814/C, and the optional sphere ART. 814/F that can be placed on top. The capital is also fully compatible with the ART. 815 and ART. 817 pillar systems, as well as their respective capitals ART. 815/C and ART. 817/C, offering broad compositional flexibility across the Italpark decorative range.

Handcrafted — rifinito a mano — at the Italpark workshop in Borgo San Giacomo, Brescia, this capital is produced from agglomerato cementizio composto da graniglia di marmo di Carrara e cemento bianco RCK 52,5, the same certified material used throughout the Smooth G. family. With a face dimension of 50×50 cm (19¾×19¾ in) and a height of 36 cm (14⅛ in), it delivers a substantial, architecturally coherent profile. The element is available in 11 surface finishes, allowing precise coordination with gates, fencing, and surrounding garden or architectural elements. This is an exclusively decorative element and must not be used for structural or load-bearing purposes.

Maintenance is minimal: periodic cleaning with water and a soft brush is sufficient to preserve the surface. Avoid aggressive chemical cleaners. For outdoor installations, an application of a breathable stone-protective product is recommended to maintain the finish over time. Made in Italy with uninterrupted artisan production since 1968.
