LEGAL NOTE
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL: The law (DL 22/05/99. N. 185) guarantees the right to terminate for any reason, the purchase contract. This legislation establishes the right of withdrawal, or the ability for the consumer to return the purchased product and to obtain the reimbursement of expenses incurred. This right is reserved only to natural persons, ie the consumers, so it cannot be exercised by legal persons and natural persons acting for purposes relating to their professional activity. To exercise the right of withdrawal must be sent within 14 working days from receipt of goods, a communication in which it is his intention to withdraw from the contract and therefore from the purchase. As required by law and requested by us, the shipping charges and return the item is responsibility of the purchaser. The right of withdrawal lapses if the product is returned damaged for other reasons than transportation.
Procedure for exercising the right of withdrawal (Article 5 paragraph 4-6 of the Decree 185 of 22/05/99):
The returned goods have to be sent by the purchaser to the following address:

The return of the goods must be carried out within 14 working days from receipt of the goods (the delivery date is certified by courier). A registered letter with advice of delivery should also be sent, showing the willingness of the buyer to exercise the right of withdrawal specifying:
- The title, number or article number
- A description and cost of the purchased item
- The e-mail address on which you prefer to receive the authorization to return the material
- The personal data and bank code or card on which you wish to receive reimbursement
Anticipate the Communication via e-mail to info@italpark.com
Wait for the authorization to return the item and then arrange the return by using a courier of your choice.
Send the item in its original packaging and complete with all originally contained.
Insure against theft and damage during transport shipping and bear the resulting costs.
Specify the sender information on the packaging and ship the product within two working days following the receipt of the authorization for the return of the item to the following address:

Upon arrival of the pack in warehouse, we will proceed (within 10 working days from our receipt of the rhesus and anyway NOT before receipt of the goods) by bank transfer, to reimburse the cost of shipped goods excluding shipping costs that, even where expressly declared free, will be calculated at 20% of the value of the goods.
