Corolla model vase

The Art. 221 Corolla is a large-format decorative garden vase that commands attention with its generous, wide-mouthed silhouette and softly flared profile — a form that evokes the natural opening of a flower in full bloom. With an indicative height of 70 cm and a broad diameter of approximately 90 cm, this piece brings a sense of classical grandeur to any outdoor setting, from formal villa gardens to contemporary terraces and landscaped courtyards.

Crafted from agglomerato cementizio composto da graniglia di marmo di Carrara e cemento bianco RCK 52,5, the Corolla Grande displays the characteristic warm, stone-like finish that has made Italpark vases a benchmark in Italian decorative garden design. The surface texture, rich with the natural luminosity of Carrara marble granulate, gives the piece an authentic, sculptural quality that improves with age and exposure to the elements.

Every detail of the Corolla Grande is hand-finished by skilled artisans at Italpark's workshop in Borgo San Giacomo, Brescia — ensuring that each piece retains the subtle individuality of true handcrafted production. The result is a Made in Italy decorative element of exceptional character, equally suited to display as a standalone garden sculpture or as a statement planter for seasonal flowers, ornamental shrubs, or trailing plants.

Thanks to its robust construction and the inherent weather resistance of the cement marble composite, the Corolla Grande is designed for year-round outdoor use. Its substantial weight — approximately 190 kg — provides natural stability even in exposed positions on terraces, entrance drives, or open garden spaces. It is also available in two smaller sizes: Ø 70 cm × H 50 cm (approx. 115 kg) and Ø 50 cm × H 40 cm (approx. 47 kg).

Maintenance & Care

To preserve the integrity of this vase when used as a planter, always place 4–5 cm of gravel or pebbles at the bottom before adding soil, keeping the drainage hole clear at all times. Raise the vase 3–4 cm from the ground using feet or spacers to prevent external obstruction of the drainage outlet. In regions with harsh winters, ensure that water does not collect and stagnate inside the vase: frost risk is significant if standing water freezes within the piece, which may cause cracking. Proper drainage is the single most effective measure to protect your investment across all seasons.

The Art. 221 Corolla Grande is part of Italpark's artigianale production — a tradition of excellence in decorative garden elements that the company has upheld since 1968, entirely within Italy.
