Biancospino model vase (small)

The Biancospino vase (Art. 211) is a compact decorative urn that brings timeless elegance to any outdoor setting. Standing 60 cm tall with a diameter of 40 cm, its balanced proportions make it equally at home on a terrace, at the entrance of a villa, or as a focal point within a garden composition. The gently curved profile and refined surface detailing give this piece a classic character that pairs naturally with both formal and contemporary landscapes.

Crafted from agglomerato cementizio composto da graniglia di marmo di Carrara e cemento bianco RCK 52,5, the Biancospino vase offers exceptional durability and a distinctive warm-white finish that ages beautifully outdoors. The natural marble granulate embedded in the mix gives the surface a subtle texture and depth that no industrial process can replicate. At approximately 35 kg, it provides the solid, grounded presence expected of a quality decorative element.

The Biancospino is equally suited as a standalone decorative piece — displayed empty to enhance an architectural corner or garden path — or as a planter for seasonal flowers, small shrubs, or trailing plants. Its generous opening and classic urn shape make it a versatile furnishing element for terraces, courtyards, and villa gardens throughout the year.

Maintenance & Care

To ensure long-lasting performance, always keep the drainage hole clear: place a 4–5 cm layer of gravel or pebbles at the bottom before adding soil. Raise the vase 3–4 cm off the ground using feet or spacers to prevent the external drainage hole from becoming blocked. In areas subject to frost, take care to avoid water pooling inside the vase — standing water that freezes can cause cracking. Proper drainage is the single most effective measure to protect your vase through winter.

The Biancospino vase is hand-finished at the Italpark workshop in Borgo San Giacomo, Brescia — a family-run production that has been crafting decorative marble granulate pieces since 1968. Every piece is 100% Made in Italy, reflecting over five decades of artisanal expertise in outdoor decorative elements.

Dimensions and weight are indicative. Minor surface variations are a natural characteristic of hand-finished marble granulate production.
