Guardians couple
Coppia Guardiani – Millennium Line | Modern Garden Sculpture Made in Italy
The Coppia Guardiani (Pair of Guardians) belongs to the prestigious Millennium Line by Italpark, a collection conceived to bring bold contemporary design into outdoor living spaces. With their strong, essential silhouettes and a timeless presence, these two figures evoke the ancient symbolic role of the guardian — a sentinel of thresholds, gardens, and sacred spaces — reinterpreted through a distinctly modern sculptural language. Their paired composition creates a natural sense of balance and symmetry, making them ideal as a statement installation for any refined outdoor setting.
Each figure is crafted from agglomerato cementizio composto da graniglia di marmo di Carrara e cemento bianco RCK 52,5, the same high-quality blend that has defined Italpark's production since 1968. The surface is carefully rifinita a mano in the company's workshop in Borgo San Giacomo, Brescia, ensuring that every detail — from the clean geometric lines to the subtle texture of the finish — reflects the standards of authentic Italian artisanship. The result is a sculpture that combines structural solidity with refined aesthetic quality, 100% Made in Italy.
With an approximate height of 70 cm and a base of roughly 22×22 cm, the Coppia Guardiani is designed to make a confident visual impact without overwhelming the surrounding space. Each figure weighs approximately 90 kg, lending them a reassuring stability in outdoor environments. They are perfectly suited to frame the entrance of a villa, a private garden, or a contemporary terrace, flanking a gate, a pathway, or a flight of steps with quiet authority. Whether placed symmetrically at the sides of an entrance or positioned as focal points within a landscaped garden, these two sculptures bring a sense of presence, identity, and contemporary elegance to any outdoor space.
